Northgate Foursquare Church is founded on Jesus Christ. We stand on the timeless truth of the Bible and respond to God's Word as individuals and as a community of believers. We are committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to usher men, women, and young people into a life of fullness characterized by...

1. A Sincere Faith- genuine worship and liberating trust in the Lord Jesus;

2. A Sense of Family- an intergenerational network of support, wisdom, and joy;

3. A Source of Fruitfulness- the discovery of God-given ability to serve others.

Our convictions about the Lord are firm, and yet we seek to remain flexible to the Holy Spirit's leading as we express these beliefs. Jesus addressed the issue of flexibility when He spoke about new wine and new wineskins (Matthew 9:17). He taught that new wine should not be put into old, brittle wineskins which burst when the wine ferments. Instead, He explained that new wine should be poured into fresh, flexible wineskins which stretch and allow room for the expansion of the wine. As a church, we endeavor to heed this counsel by staying pliable in the hand of the Lord.

Jesus has promised to build His church (Matthew 16:18). At Northgate Foursquare we believe that our part in the process is to follow Him and to be sensitive to the moving of His Spirit. As we are faithful to this call, we trust that God will stretch us and form us according to His unique plan. Just as new wine shapes a new wineskin, we believe that God, by His Word and his Spirit, will fashion us according to His purpose.

Northgate Foursquare Church is part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. We believe the gospel is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes. We present Jesus Christ as Savior, Baptizer, Healer, and Coming King.
